We collect the information needed to process orders, deliver products, respond to enquiries and operate this website. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, order information and technical information collected through cookies.

We use personal information to fulfil orders and contracts, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We may share information with service providers that support our website, payments and deliveries. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Please do not send sensitive medical information through our general contact forms.

Delivery

Delivery is included free of charge using Tracked 24. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Returns and problems with an order

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once products have been opened or are no longer suitable for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email admin@theskinnyshot.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. We will provide the appropriate replacement or refund.

Responsible use

Products must only be used as supplied and in accordance with the accompanying instructions. Products must not be shared, resold, altered or decanted. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
